My fav part is the circuit style and how Chloe completely switches it up each week to keep it fresh and fun. “The Mommy Movement. What a great way to connect with mommies and get active at the same time! What’s great about the workout is that it is flexible - you can choose your challenge level, you can use your baby, or you may skip a step to feed/calm your baby, all in a judgement free zone. At the end, no matter what you choose, you feel accomplished. The hour goes by in the blink of an eye because Chloe makes it fun and positive. She also adds a little air of luxury with some eucalyptus towelettes and a snack at the end. I look forward to the workout every week!”
